MFB Solicitors

Four video conferencing rooms and a divisible event space inside the Grade II listed Fishmongers’ Hall – with minimal fixings to the walls.

Location
Fishmongers’ Hall, London (Grade II listed)
Type
AV design and build – video conferencing and divisible space

The brief

MFB, a global law firm specialising in shipping law, had no formal process for video calls. Its offices are in a listed building where wall fixings must be kept to a minimum, and the renovation needed a short build time to avoid disrupting the business.

What we delivered

A full AV design and build to suit listed-building status: four dedicated video conferencing spaces and a divisible room that works as individual meeting rooms or, joined together, as an event and conference space – with installation, user training and ongoing support.

The result

Users can now set up Teams calls quickly without IT assistance. In the client’s words, the solution “has vastly improved productivity”.

The AV solution BMT delivered has vastly improved productivity and allowed users to quickly set up Teams calls without IT assistance. I strongly recommend BMT to other law firms or any company looking to enhance its AV equipment, especially if you operate in a listed environment.
